We sit at the intersection between somatics, sound, art, creativity and connection. We provide the space for you to be your most youu – to see, feel, understand that you are and will always be your own MUUSE.

FOUNDER
Nadia's superpower is her authenticity — her gift is curating spaces and experiences that create magic for others. With years of experience teaching between Los Angeles and Arizona, she founded MUUSE to build something bigger than herself: a space that combines her love of wellness, fitness, and community into a unique, expansive movement experience.
What sets Nadia apart is her ability to truly connect with and uplift the people around her. In her presence, you'll feel endlessly supported, pushed gently past what you thought was your capacity, and reminded to come back to yourself, again and again.

Education
It’s our aim to provide the best skills, tools, resources, insights that we can. It’s not willy-nilly, it’s always intentional, with a goal to further ourselves by knowing more, learning more, sharing more.
