We're so happy you're here! Our classes are always all levels (but we made add leveled workshops here and there!). You're welcome to jump into any class you're interested in.
Our recommendation would be to start with either our Classical Reformer and/or our Mat Pilates.
On the day of your first visit, please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Parking is always first-come-first-serve, so you'll need to be prepared. We will get you all set up into our system, show you around, introduce you to your instructor, and get you set up for class. -

Waitlists start when a class is fully booked. To mitigate the risk of not getting into a class, we as that you book early! The waitlist works, though! Always feel free to add yourself, as the waitlist moooooves, especially in the 24 hour window leading up to class.
You can add yourself to any waitlist, and you'll be numbered in a list. As people from the full class drop, each person on the waitlist will be added to the class in sequential order.
The waitlist closes 1 hour before the class's start time. If you're on the waitlist and added within the 12-hour cancellation window, you are now subject to our cancellation policy. If you can't make the class, remove yourself from the waitlist to prevent this. Spots may become availble within that final hour before class. You're welcome to try walking in to secure your spot.
Hot tip: No matter where you are on the waitlist, show up to the studio! If you're first to arrive, we can move you to the top of the wailist. -
Always plan accorindingly for parking! We always recommend coming early to secure a spot and give yourself enough time to prep for class.
We have a first-come-first-serve lot we share with our neighbors. You are welcome to park in any unmarked spots in our lot. Please know the MUUSE reserved spots are for staff only.
You're welcome to the free street parking on Fairmount Ave or any surrounding streets. We are not liable for any towing nor damage to your car. -
It's heavily encouraged that you sign up for classes in advance! It allows you to have a more dedicated routine and actively be able to be part of our community.
You can try to walk in but will risk being turned away based on class occupancy.
You can signup for classes on our site or via our app! -
We ask that you stay in your class for the full alotted time. It's super disruptive and disrespectful when you have to leave early.
Of course, if you have an emergency, you may leave the room. We ask that you do everything you can to stay in the room for the full and entier class.
Should you need to leave the class, you will not be permitted reentry into the space. -
We have a stritct 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within 12 hours of your class you're subject to a $12 charge (members) or a loss of credit (packages).
If you miss your class, you're subject to a $15 charge (members) or a loss of credit (packages). -
It happens, and we get it! We have a set policy for each room, and if you show up later than the alotted grace period, you will not be permitted to enter the class.
Reformer Room: Classes start promptly at start time. You may enter up to 5 minutes after class start time but not after.
Mat Room: Classes start promply at 3 minutes after start time. You may enter up 3 minutes for class, but once the instructor has entered, the door is locked, and you will not be permitted to enter. -
We have a cubby room for all of your belongings! We don't want you to worry about having your belongings in the room, so you will stash them away in a cubby.
Your phone is not permitted in the room. Failure to do so will result in a warning and then a banishment of you from our space.
We are not liable for any tampered nor stolen items. -

Please notify the front desk and your instructor if you have or are recovering from an injury. We reserve the right to prohibit your attendance in a class if we feel you are not healthy enough for the practice. Our classes are always full body and will require time on the floor and standing. We are able to help you modify, but if your condition prohibits you from doing most of the practice, we feel it's best for you to come back when you're healthy!
Please stay home if you are sick. It's not respectful to anyone in the space to bring that in and risk spreading. -
All of our memberships and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.
If you are a member, you're welcome to freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks to a max of 4 weeks twice per calendar year.
Any unused, unworn, unopened, still has tags on merchandise and retail may be returned up to 7 days after your purchase. We cannot accept anything after that. -
The short: no. We keep our rooms warmer but do not classify our space as a "hot" studio.
Why is that? Well, we already live in Arizona. We also are effective in our instructions that you will always work up a sweat. Reasearch has also shown that too much time spent moving in heat (especially for women!) isn't always best. -
Unlimited Members are able to sign up for class up to 16 days before the specific class. Those with packages and drop-in credits can sign up up to 14 days in advance.
-
Of course! We hope you bring your friends and they bring their friends to MUUSE.
For our members, you're alloted 2 guest passes each month to be used in either room and for any class. For our packages, you can share a credit with a friend. We ask that you're also taking the same class as them.
Should your guest be misbehaved or rude in our space, you will also be penalized for that. -
Of course! We will keep track of your things up to 30 days after they've been found. After that, we donate any unclaimed items.

No – ClassPass is a wonderful tool to help clients discover new businesses and studios, but it is not beneficial to any businesses. Most only make ~$5/person for each ClassPass-er.
We have a variety of options for memberships and packages available. If you like a studio, whether it's us or someone else, the best thing you can do is to directly purchase from that business! It also allows you to better plug into the community and get to know everyone much more. -
Our minimum age is 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17, you may take class with a parent present in the same class.
