It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, and, where you provide them, date of birth, mailing address, and emergency contact)
• Account and booking information, including class attendance records and website usage data
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

• Minor-related data for participants ages 16–17 with guardian consent

• MarianaTek (booking and account management)

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our clients, staff, and premises. If MUUSE is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor operator, which must honor this Policy.
4. Marketing and Media
Photo, video, and likeness use is optional and takes place only with your consent, which you may give when you sign your agreement or waiver. You may revoke consent at any time by written notice to hello@muuseworld.co. Revocation applies going forward, and we are not required to remove content published before we receive your notice. Clients may not record during class, and instructors may film while teaching only without capturing identifiable client faces, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Communications and Opt-Out
You may opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link or instructions provided. We may still send transactional messages about your account and bookings. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment information is processed by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS compliance, and MUUSE does not store raw payment card data. We will comply with applicable Arizona data breach notification requirements.
7. Minors’ Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. Information about participants ages 16–17 is collected only with parent or guardian consent.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@muuseworld.co, subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our Site, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
